Calcium chloride desiccant for containers and storage

Effective Protection Against Moisture in Containers and Warehouses

Moisture during transportation or storage of goods can lead to significant damage. When goods are exposed to moisture in containers or warehouses for extended periods, the risk of mold growth and corrosion arises. This calcium chloride desiccant has been specifically designed to minimize these risks and provide a dry environment for your goods.

Powerful Moisture Absorption with Calcium Chloride

The desiccant utilizes the hygroscopic properties of calcium chloride to efficiently bind moisture from the air. It is designed for use in demanding environments such as shipping containers or large warehouses, where a high moisture absorption rate is required. By binding moisture, the risk of condensation, which often arises from temperature fluctuations, is significantly reduced.

The application is aimed at protecting goods during transport or storage. The desiccant is packaged in a way that makes it easy to place in containers or shelving systems. It works continuously to keep the humidity low in the immediate atmosphere around the goods, protecting the integrity of the packaged items.

Benefits for Professional Use

• High Absorption Capacity: Calcium chloride is known for its strong ability to absorb moisture from the air.
• Mold Protection: Helps to avoid conditions that are necessary for mold growth.
• Corrosion Protection: Reduces the risk of rust on metallic items through reduced humidity.
• Easy Placement: The form allows for uncomplicated fitting in containers or storage areas.
• Reliability: Provides constant protection throughout the entire storage or transportation duration.

Application in Logistics

This desiccant is an essential tool for anyone who needs to transport goods safely over long distances or store them in environments where humidity cannot be controlled. It can easily be integrated into existing logistics processes.
